Music synchronisation

My music library is located on my PC with Windows 7. My iPhone is synchronised with this library. Today I got a MacBook Pro for studying. I'll not move all my music to my new MBP, but I think it would be nice, if the music on my iPhone could be on my MBP as well. If I let the iTunes on my MBP synchronise my iPhone I think it will delete all of it. Correct? Is there a way to do this?
