WTF!??

does someone haves an idea of why!? I bought it like 1 and 1/2 month ago, i thought it was for every i4 sold before the end of this month!?

You should've applied earlier: it says "within 30 days after you've purchased..."
 
The same thing happened to my friend. I just tried to get her a case on her phone the other day and it told her she is not eligible with that phone. I even tried multiple Apple ID's.

cause all that i know is that you had till the end of september to order it!! 😛

It says so right on the iPhone 4 Case Program page...
For iPhone 4 purchases made before July 23, 2010, you must apply no later than August 22, 2010; otherwise, you must apply within 30 days of your iPhone 4 purchase. To qualify for this program, you must purchase your iPhone 4 by September 30, 2010.

hehe, i dont know, i kinda lose the track of time, i was going to order a bumper a few weeks ago, but since i wanted it in color i was debating between a bumper or other thing, well i guess my debate took too long! 😀

anyways im not dying about it, thanks 4 the info!...

It's not whatever comes first - your phone only qualifies if it was purchased in the last 30 days, on or before Sept. 30th. So if you bought one today, you would have until mid October to use the app.

If you are having issues with reception, try contacting apple anyway.
