I've my collection in iTunes as most people using iPod. I've one big problem with the way iTunes rips my audio CD. When I rip CD it imports everything fine but under catalog it tags artist as Compilations. When I select particular Album it shows in bottom details display the name of Artist correctly but in the upper section where you've Genre | Artists | Albums in that section it marks Artist as Compilations. I've tried to modify information many times for this but for some reasons Compilations always remains as Artists. And it also pushes same crap to iPod making it hard to find things based on Artists. It does this randomly, so some CD is marked correctly for Artists but others are marked as Compilations. Anyone able to resolve this issue ?
