beejive notifications?

How do we enable it so when we are in the beejive app and the screen is locked we get a screen pop up notification for every message. Right now if I am in the beejive app and the screen is locked I only hear/vibrates when I get a message and nothing pops up on the screen.

Tell me about it, I would love for Beejive to come up with the solution to this. Having a screen pop up message for each message when the screen is locked would be awesome.
