bouncing entourage

Hi,
I enjoy Entourage and after trying a bunch of mail programs, it comes out as one of my favorites. However, when I get new mail and am working on other programs such as Safari, the icon in the lower tray bounces with an envelope attached continuously and quickly becomes annoying. Is there a way to turn that off or to get him to just maybe show the little mail envelope so I know there is mail.

In the prefs under the menu "entourage" go to notifications in there you can turn off the animate icon. I hope that helps! I just checked and that turns off the bouncing
