They were discussing desktop search tools. They were comparing blinx to Ask Jeeves to what MS are coming up with.
Then they said
"but Apple have a few Ace's up their sleeve, their spotlight software..."
and showed Phil Schiller's keynote and mentioned the use of Smart Folders and Spotlight's ability to search within documents.
Showed Tiger in a very favourable light.
