Been using the iMotion app to do some time lapse video. I was hoping to edit it with the iMovie app. Unfortunately iMovie will only recognize MOV files and iMotion saves its video as MP4 files.

How can I convert MOV files to MP4 and put them back into my iPhone 4 to edit with the iMovie app?
