Sound managment app (to easily turn off everything but phone at night)?

Any ideas?
I need to have my phone ring at night due to my job, but don't need to hear texts, emails, and FB notifications. I can turn them all off individually before I go to bed, but it's sort of a pain. My phone is not jailbroken.
