Apple is listing the NVIDIA Quadro FX 4800 for Mac (http://store.apple.com/us/product/TW386LL/A) with a $200 rebate. Perhaps NVIDIA is prepping the fermi 4000 for release soon?

Hoping to do a lot with this card. Mainly working with stereo workflows in Maya and Nuke.

No one other than Apple knows and they're not in the habit of sharing pre-release info.

We are all waiting. Not just for the card, but for the frenzy of driver updates, injector revisions and ROM flashing that will come as spin-offs. We won't be totally happy whatever happens, as there are bound to be PC Quadros and GTX we cannot get to work despite interminable fiddling with PCI IDs. And it's bound to be too expensive, and the PC folk will do posts to forums wondering why we need fast graphics because there are no Mac games, or some such nonsense.
