Powermac G5 1.8 Dual Normal fan speeds

i dont think my fans are running correctly on my G5 i have istat menu installed and it says the Backside fan is running at 51rpm and that the slot fans is running at 76rpm i dont think this is correct but which fans are these inside to check then and is there a software fix for it

Get the hardware check disk and give that a whirl. It should ave come with the powermac.

i dont have the hardware check disc! and ive looked everywhere online for it and cant find it!!
