I have a 3g ipod that i got for christmas last year and i got an ipod photo for christmas this year. thinking that it would just be a breeze to plug the new ipod in and transfer from itunes, i was sadly mistaken. for some reason, when i plug the ipod photo in, about 3 seconds after itunes recognizes the ipod, the computer completely shuts down. the first ipod still works with no issues. i have never had this problem before and am wondering if anyone out there is able to lend any advise, or answers...? thanks.
