HDD and video card question....

I have a measly 10Gb HDD in my G4 now. Question is can I put in any ole HDD like a standard Western Digital?

I have a really nice Nvidia GF2 Ultra (a little dated but still a fantastic card) and I would like to know if it can be flashed to work on the Mac? I see this being done on other cards but havn't heard of it for my particular card.

Does anyone know where to find "Macbench 5.0" or a better similar utility?

Any HD should work .
I dont know too much about flashing but it may be possible i know its possible on a lot of older cards.
