My buddy is buying a 13" MBP tomorrow and had a few questions that I wasn't too sure of.
1. He wants to upgrade the stock hard drive to a 500gb from newegg as soon as possible, how does that process work?
2. The reason for the purchase is that it's a replacement of an old MacBook that is no longer under warranty and doesn't work anymore. What would I need to take out the old hard drive from that computer and get his data and whatnot transferred over to the new machine?
