Any Way Around this?

I was using a computer for my Itunes library and then changed to another. The only thing missing from my new machine were my apps, so I copied the contents of my entire mobile applications directory to my new machine. Now both machines were tied to the same Itunes account. Now to sync two new apps it wants to replace all apps on my Phone to the new library. Is there a way around this, I have some apps with data I don't want to lose.

To answer your question... no. You'll just have to bite the bullet and sync with the new iTunes library.

I would suggest not having any apps in the new PC, and sync.

Hopefully, the apps on the iPhone would be transferred to the library, then you can add any missing ones afterwards.
