I just bought myself a new Apple TV and I have a few queries.
1, If I'm streaming a movie from my Macbook Pro, is there a way to stream it without needing to keep the Macbook's lid open? It's really annoying, but I've heard that there is no way to prevent it from sleeping when you close it up.
2, I've enabled HD video from the Apple TV settings, but when I go to rent a movie, it's now the only option I have. Without having to go back to the settings each time, is there a way to choose between HD and SD when you're about to view a movie?
