Attempting to connect a Macbook 5,1 to a Samsung HDTV or a Sony Bravia HDTV

Hi all,

I'm trying to find out how to do the following two things:

1. I want to connect a Macbook 5,1 to a Samsung HDTV1080p (model:UE32B6000VWXXU), what leads/cables do I need to do this?

2. I want to connect a Macbook 5,1 to a Sony Bravia HD (model:KDL-32E4000),
what leads/cables do I need to do this?

Any solutions will be greatly appreciated,
