I'm going to miss out on this, since I won't get GarageBand until iLife '05 is released. I opted to skip iLife '04 since it was supposed to come with my iMac but didn't.

if I understand right, you don't have to do anything but sign up for an account to be eligible - not contribute your own material.

Mudbug is right, we'll have some GarageBand-related contests later this month.

If your iMac was supposed to come with iLife (bought new or refurb after MWSF '04), you could have contacted Apple. I think they charge like $19.95 for S&H. Hope you haven't been waiting long, because you're missing out on a lot. Guess it's kind-of a moot point now, but if this ever happens to anyone else, that's usually what they do.

Since Feb 6, 2004...
You're right though - it is a moot point now.

I registered at iCompositions, believe in the old adage that if you don't register you can't win. Seems like a great place.
