Hi Everybody,

I'm after some thoughts from anybody (yes YOU reading this, it's means you:)), on what you think of the attached logo.

The logo is for an innovations company.

We want it to be something special.

What do you think when you look at it?

Thanks!!!

Kim

What do you think when you look at it?

I think that someone doesn't know how to draw 3-dimensional objects. ;)

No... really.

Sorry, but I don't like it at all. The 3D seems off, can't tell what is the top or bottom, maybe that is intentional?

Also can't tell if these are ovals or circles or if I'm supposed to care.

In one word: distracting.

scrap it and try more of 1 solid image rather than two linked together.

Keep it simple. The way the Apple Sign is. It 1 simple photo.

Try again. No pressure! :D

I see 2 mobius strips - can't say that's "innovations company"

And even as mobius strips the 3d is off

Hi everyone,

thanks very much for all your feedback. All very helpful and insightful.

The logo is actually for an innovations company.

What I was hoping people would get, is that the first ring is actually impossible to make. Whereas the second ring is possible to make although seemingly impossible.

Both form a link, and the link is the company making other people's ideas a success.

Do you think wih some alteration there is any hope for this idea?

Kim

Any thoughts on what could be??

I'm finding it hard to define a good visual for an innovations company. If you look at what is out there for other innovation companies, I think you'll find many have had the same challenge.

Can you give any inspiration?

The first thoughts that came to my mind were:

Simplicity and stability.

Personally, I like it.

I like the concept, but it is FAR to complex for a logo.

A good example is the Fedex Logo. Spot the Arrow signifying "movement."

Ok, I'm scrapping the rings for now.

Does anyone have any insightful visuals??

Thanks for reminding me of the simplicity and strength that the fedex logo has!
