Hello I have a 1.33ghz PowerBook G4 15 inch. I bought a aftermarket BTI Technology brand battery, i bought it real cheap still sealed in the box but i think it was older, so zero cycles. Upon putting it in it had 95 pecent of original capacity according to coconut battery.
Now after it has 3 cycles and 90 percent the problem is it never finishes charging, it charges to 55% and then stops however the charging port stays orange but under the menu it just says calculating till full. I was just wondering if there was a way to callebrate it to perform better or charge all the way even if that means losing some capacity.
