There is no direct question anywhere on this, so hopefully some can share their experiences or opinions.

I want to edit and save, send etc, mainly excel but also maybe word documents etc

All three seem to have their benefits.
I know support is apparently bad for D2G but sounds like a good product
they are all pretty expensive!

What do people think, what's the verdict?
Thanks

I bought all 3 (and entire iWork Suite). In terms of connectivity (I use mobileme and dropbox) i find that I use Docs2Go Premium the most. Make sure you get the premium. Its universal so it works on iPhone too.

Best app since the 4.0 update IMO

+1 for this.

I have personally never connected with the way Numbers does things, and find it even more laborious on the iPad. When I use a spreadsheet, I want something that works like Excel, generally as a scratch pad to get it all ready to send to a 'real' statistics or math modeling program ... and Docs 2 Go works best for me.

Thanks for the thoughts.
I went with Doc to go premium, $19.95 AUD, and it's fantastic so far

Just discovered dropbox also and using GoodReader, what a fantastic combination
