I know this Crucial RAM (http://www.crucial.com/store/partspecs.aspx?IMODULE=CT25664BA1067) works in an '09 Mac Pro since I'm using it. there's also a 2x2GB kit (http://www.crucial.com/store/partspecs.aspx?IMODULE=CT2KIT25664BA1067). based on that, I would guess anything similar from Crucial will also work in '09/'10 MPs (256x64, 1.5v).
