Thanks Blue Velvet!

i didn't get anything real mac related :o , my family dont really swap pressies at birthdays/christmas (and dont really know what a mac is...), but this year i got money for a new computer chair! its good cause i spend so much time in front of it.

In other exciting news - my brothers wedding on saturday (about 35 hours away now  its really starting to freak me out! thats a good enough present for me!

A good computer chair is an excellent thing to have. I have a fab one at work that I can sit in virtually all day without feeling sore...

Hope the wedding goes well -- you're not best man, are you?

ah well um YES i am  , and doing some photo's and doing all the music.

its a very casual wedding and only about 35 people so it should be ok, just a little stressed, going to see my bother tonight and he will be really stressed, have to think of something to keep him entertained tomorrow morning.

Wow!
Best man, DJ, and AV guy!

I'm impressed... but don't get drunk, don't lose the ring, don't forget your best man's speech, don't make a pass at the bride (or her friends), don't embarass your brother (well, maybe a little: it's traditional)...

But DO have a great time!

thank god its a casual wedding = no speech :p , rings are easy the brides little family member (i am no good with family titles) is doing them, don't make a pass at the bride :D well maybe not early on, after a few drinks thou.

and embarrassing my brother thats easy - the old story about hard butter and putting it in the microwave for 5 minutes on high - he eventually buried it in the backyard. :D

anyways i am off to work. have a great day eveyone!

Happy B-Day neilrobinson. What an awesome thing coming up with being a best man for your brother. Just try to be there for each other. The rehearsal should help to calm your nerves. It's the unknown that's scary. Just remember that you aren't alone.
