iPod iPod nano Voiceover Question

Is it possible to set up Voiceover to read upcoming songs, but not have it “help” me through the menus? I know this is possible in the previous gen Shuffle, but is it possible on the new iPod nanos?

Still can’t seem to find a way to do this...

It definitely is included in the new shuffle though:

VoiceOver.
Press the new VoiceOver button and iPod shuffle speaks the song title, playlist or artist name, or battery status in one of 25 languages.
