Hey guys, having a bit of trouble with Warcraft 3 TFT on our iMac... Here's what happens. Installing for the first time, downloading the patch, installing the patch, getting online, playing a game, all goes well. THEN, while actually in a game on b.net, the entire game crashes, sends me back to the desktop, and a few seconds later I get an "unexpectedly quit" error message. Upon re-opening WC3 and trying to get on battle.net again, it tells me that it cannot validate the game version, and that I should try again later or reinstall. I've reinstalled the game twice, and this error happens every time, about halfway through the first game.
For the record, this is a completely legit copy of the game, both ROC and TFT, and I'm using my own serial key. This is really weird, as it never happens on my iBook, which was installed with the same CD's, and is the same version. Any ideas? Thanks!!
Edit: On battle.net's website they list two possible culprits, one being a No-CD patch, the other being a virus that is corrupting the game data. I'm not using any type of game-altering patches, and the fact that it's a mac kinda rules out that second thing...
