Mac Pro 2006 - CPU Voltage

does anyone know how to increase the CPU voltage of a 2006 Mac Pro, both in Windows and OSX?

OK Thanks, it looks like the guy has only managed to decrease the CPU voltage though, I'm aiming to increase the voltage as I can already decrease it. Thanks anyway though :)
