Jumping Window Using Parallels

My windows jump every minute at the same second every time. I use coherence with the latest version of Parallels Desktop on my MBP with OS X 10.6.4. I figure this is due to the taskbar in Windows updating the time. Is there any way to keep this from happening? Maybe putting the taskbar on autohide?
