I've seen the first group of pictures before. The last group is new. Someone hasn't learned their physics lesson. From what I can see the last set doesn't make sense. :D

Yup, this was posted on eBaum's World. You're right, the last photo is just a PSed job of the 5th pic (notice the positions of where the people are standing and the white boat that has "reappeared").

As always, Snopes (http://www.snopes.com/photos/accident/crane.asp) has the goods on this. Funny nonetheless. :)
