I don't think he was ever against Apple doing music. I think George Harrison, who is always so happy :D, is behind it all.

In case anyone reads this thread before the linked article, the MacWorld headline should read "Beatles' MacCartney offers exclusive track on iTunes". I can't fathom why the name got truncated to "Macca". Unless that's a strange British-isms that I'm not aware of. :confused:
