Best export option from iPhoto?

Hi all.

Got got the new Apple TV and loving it! Just wondered what is the best export option for movies taken with my iPhone from Quicktime for Apple TV? Would the iPod/iPhone (which states is compatible with Apple TV) or the Apple TV option, given this is a larger file size?

Any thoughts would be really appreciated

no, they dont need to be converted, but i was more asking what export option is best - the ipod/iphone option or the apple tv option - i know this sounds dumb given its going to apple tv, but the ipod/phone option says its compatible with apple tv. Just wondered if the image quality is that much better or worthwhile with the export to apple tv option
