Hey, I just opened my Address Book app on OSX.3 and I completely totally promise that there was a group called "iWork Clients" in there. I have never, ever seen it before. No one else could have made it; my computer's password protected. Inside the group is a single card named "iWork Customer" and then for the business it says: A Company. That's it. I've never ever seen it before?

Could Apple have put some hidden things into some current apps with the last OS update?

If so, how did mine reveal this????

there's a shareware app called iWork that i've been using for a couple of years now...it's an invoicing program, geared to small businesses and freelancers....sounds like that's exactly what you are seeing, as for how it got there??? maybe you downloaded a trial version at some point in the past????

I think that's probably it, thanks. Even though, I deleted the app several weeks ago.

That sounds about right. Just looked and don't see an iWork in the Address Book app. Sounds as though it could further complicates things for Apple.

The company that develops iWork just recently changed the name to iBiz.

Apple has, AFAIK, just picked up the domain name iWork.

Well looks like that rumor is golden, can't wait for Tuesday.

Here are the references for anyone else who bumps into this thread:

IGG Software, home of iBiz (formerly iWork) (http://www.iggsoftware.com/ibiz/)

And it's a Trademark that Apple has on iWork. You've got to login to the US Patent and Trademark office (http://www.uspto.gov/) and do a free, basic search for "iWork apple", as a Singular listing, Field = All, Result must contain "All Search Terms."
