MBA Performance wise 1.86GHZ HDD MID 2009 vs 1.4GHZ 128 SSD

I currently own the 1.86GHZ HDD MID 2009 and the 1.4GHZ SSD

if i switch the 1.86GHZ HDD MID 2009 to a (SSD) will it make it any faster better performance Spec wise compared to the 1.4GHZ SSD ?

Bottom line the RevB/RevC 1.86Ghz will be slower with the HDD especially. the RevB/C 1.86Ghz models were also pretty underclocked/throttled due to heat issues, which have been resolved in the newer models.
