I have a problems with my location on iPod touch its showing me no right location sometimes it shows about 389.6 miles from me, who has the same problem?

iPod touch Have problems with GPS location on iPod touch not correct location

The iPod Touch does not have GPS built in. It relies on wifi for locations. You'd need a kind of expensive GPS-cradle to effectively use TomTom or other GPS software.
