Hmm, I wonder what inspired that website design ...

If Apple has a patent on that, I could see General Mills getting sued. Ya, why not.

How about that one app for Windows called Star Dock or Object Dock? That gives Windows a "dock" similar to OS X. How come they don't get sued?

I should sue 'em

from when the Purina company made Cookie Crisp and I poured my cereal in a bowl only to find Dog Chow mixed in with it. Needless to say - I stopped getting Cookie Crisp.

Anyways, seriously.... this site is not a big deal.

I don't see why anyone would sue over this little thing. Apple just doesn't seem like that type of company to me.

They are in a suing kind of mood. That would be a very frivolous lawsuit though. Whatever happened to "imitation being the most sincere form of flattery?". :D
