Listening to music & little pause after incoming text/im.

I remember before 4.0 was release I was able to listen to music get a text and im and the music wouldn't do a little pause.

I text a lot and use aim a lot. Every time I receive them while I'm listening to music the music volume lowers down for that sec or two.

Anyway to disable this ? Is really annoying. Tyyy
