"things" ?

:)

What things do you want to use it for?

If you mean the next big OS Update 10.7, no one knows yet what the final specs will be and what you will require to run it.

If you mean for general "things" emails, web, youtube, mp3s, videos, word processing, spreadsheets, you should get a few years out of it.

I mean things like new software, the little things in the stores they sell, games, and things of that matter, lol

What kind of software matters to you?

If you could be more specific, we could give you more specific help.

Anyway, that MB is quite old right now and has a 32-bit CPU and a crappy GPU, thus 64-bit is a no-no and games - Chess is a good game and might run on that GPU.
