Just have a look at so-called "account and privacy settings", and you'll understand what I mean by "lame". 🙄🙄🙄

Yes I will agree, it's quite pathetic. All it does, when you click on Account settings or Privacy settings, is open those pages from the website within the app. I guess they were too lazy to actually integrate the functionality into the app properly.
