I'm upgrading my G5 to better handle Doom 3 and am trying to get a 6800, but I need to sell off this 9600XT first. I have a new G5 so it's only been used a few months, the fan runs quiet and it has given me zero problems.

You can hot swap monitors no problem, runs my 20" LCD, and when I connect it, a VGA projector too. Does extended desktop. Comes with 128MB VRAM, plenty for just about anything. Runs UT2004 at over 60fps at 1024x640, works great with motion. Fully supports Quartz Extreme and will be a good card for Core Image in Tiger. In terms of performance it's about 20% slower than the 9800XT Apple has been selling as the high end ATi for a long time.

You can download the ATI Control Panel and enable FSAA on any application you want.

Apple sells the 9200 for $129 and the 9800XT for $399 so I'm asking $200 for my 9600XT. If you are on dial up I can burn the ATI software on a CD-R for you no problem.

I live in NJ if you are interested in saving on shipping.

That's really expensive.

Standard going rate for this card is $80 - $100 US. Check ebay and such and you will see.
