11-inch MBA and 27-inch ACD with full screen video?

Any issues playing back full screen (2560x1440) video with this combo? Video's native res would likely be 480,720, or 1080p. Can the 11" MBA keep up?

I have no first hand knowledge, but based on the fact that Apple typically doesn't release new devices that can't handle available accessories & judging by this image, http://www.apple.com/displays/ I'd say it should work just fine.
