Have I been hacked? cURL

I use Little Snitch as a firewall. I booted from a drive I don't frequently use, and Little Snitch popped up with a warning that some program had made unauthorized modification to Little Snitch. I checked the user-defined rules, and sure enough, somehow "curl" had gained "Allow all" privilages. . .

cURL is a unix app used to transfer files.
