Wirelessly posted (Mozilla/5.0 (iPhone; U; CPU iPhone OS 4_1 like Mac OS X; en-us) AppleWebKit/532.9 (KHTML, like Gecko) Version/4.0.5 Mobile/8B117 Safari/6531.22.7)

I have had my apple tv2 since October. However I have recently signed up to lovefilm and am streaming all my content through my ps3 now so no longer need my apple tv2.

Can I still return it from October? If not can I get a gift voucher for it? If not what would the do if I said it was faulty like switching off on it's own etc?

Pretty sure 14 day return policy so no to return
If it is not faulty then it is very dishonest and technically fraud to say it is just to get rid of it. Not Apple's fault that you have changed your mind/no longer need.
Put it on ebay, it will sell. Or go in and be honest about the situation, may well get you somewhere

Any apple product that new can pretty much be sold on craigslist or eBay or kijiji for original price minus taxes. Not a big deal.
