That is really weird looking. Wonder how it would look after cooking, although something as unusual as this should be kept in a marine aquarium. This coloring is different, wonder if that makes it a hemathrodite. Like the article said they had never seen it all in one lobster. My other thought is, wondering if it could be a crustacean from of siamese twins. Just the things that ran through my head.
