iPAD passcode locked, disabled, forgot passcode =\

The ipad was jailbreaked,have Sbsettings [if it can help]
ipad has SSH, however it doesnt connect to SSH now =\
i got Windows, will re jailbreaking it help?
and i got itunes 9 and Spirit, yet the ipad doesnt get recognised by itunes 9
i have itunes 10 on another PC, it can be shown there =\

recently i tried to restore it using the 3.2 ipsw file downloaded frm the internet
[and my ipad is on 3.2]
The itunes error said, that the ipad is not eligible for the restore,
wht am i supposed to do now?

Thx for the reply friend, however tht sync only vanishes the disabled screen, i have to enter a passcode too which i dont know
how do i bypass this .. =\

It worked

Well i was just trying and trying and came up with this
i connected the iPAD to the PC, opened itunes,
right clicked on my iPad device [on itunes]
did restore from backup
Worked and settings restored ... hope this at least helps a few!
