Ok so I have an ipod nano 3rd gen and when I plug it into the computer it Shows on the desktop but not in itunes. I tried dragging some songs from itunes to the Ipod icon on the desktop and it said copying and looked like the music when on the ipod. Then I unplugged it and the Ipod instantly rebooted and didn't have any of the music that I tried to put on. Help?

I would restart your computer first of all. I've had this problem and it's been fixed by restarting the computer.

iv tried it on 2 computers already so I dont think its the computer.
