Well since the Mac mini is using a slot loading DVD+/-RW burner that is used by laptops, will this be seen in the future iBooks and PowerBooks? I know it is one thing that has pissed me off for a long time not being able to do RW without an external. I know Panasonic makes a slot loading one that is being used in Acers and it has the same specs as the mini drive for about $150. If it is true I hope it available as an option to replace previous drives in iBooks and Powerbooks for the slot loading drive.
