In class today I got this error message. It didn't look good.

I don't think I've seen that since I had to manually allocate RAM, circa OS 8.6. Heck, maybe earlier. Scary to see it so pretty.... so.... Aqua-fied...

But what is also weird is that I had plenty of free RAM. See here:

Yeah, that's with Word open. I have 768MB of RAM, and with 200 MB of it free.

I didn't loose anything, but I was rather peeved at it.

My only guess would be that you hard drive is full. Is it? If not I'm not sure.

Sorry forgot to tell ya. 52.3 GB free out of 80 GB. Hard Drive is most certainly roomy.

I've had that error before, I was quite annoyed... 3/4 way through a rather large essay on 16th century architecture. Found a somewhat recent autosave in the bowels of the Office folder

But yeah, there was no real reason, other than Office X sucking balls. Plenty of RAM free, plenty of HD space, none too many processes actually. Not had it yet on '2004
