What's going on with Apple & the Beatles?

I haven't heard much about the conflict in a long while, but found the following link at Apples website. Are they still litigating? The second link is from today, but is old info.

I've been wondering about this myself lately. Obviously some type of settlement will be reached, as Apple just has too much investin in its music business to stop what it's doing. With the large stockpile of cash that Apple has, and that everyone knows about, I would expect to see Apple Corps going for one of, if not THE largest settlements in history.

Hopefully the outcome brings the Beatles to the iTMS through clever settling. Paying such a big fee wouldn't be seen as bad if it was also paying for the exclusive rights to the Beatles' catalogue. "The Complete Beatles", anyone? A yellow "iPod submarine"? Lol.
