The video shown on Spycam of iWalk could be real.
I'm special FX artist, the devise is for real ( it's no FX ), I can assure you.
It might be a prototype ( I hope, because it's dam ugly )
But I could see apple doing some ting like thit ( the tricoder )
If they put 5gig hard drive, FireWire, a nice color screen, a way to download still picture from your D-camera, then make some game, and have a way of lisening MP3, why not? It could sell.

Apple and Sony- Sony did develop something along those line!

The device itself might be an actual mock-up but the display has definitley been faked. Even if it is an Apple prototype there are way too many design flaws for it to ever see the light of day. The fact that the display was faked casts dobut on the actual iwalk.

Real as "physicly real" — The wheel wasn't flexible, so the guy did the effect of rotation frame by frame afterwards in Photoshop and was pretty lame in doing so...
