Windows Mobile and OS X - will it sync

I'm gonna be migrating over to the world of Mac once I get my hands on a Mini I've ordered. If all goes well, I'll ditch the PC in favour of the Mac.

I am just working out all the bits and pieces I need to move over from my PC.

I have an Orange SPV-500 mobile phone which runs Windows Mobile 2003 SE. I currently use ActiveSync to sync my phone with MS Outlook.

Has anyone got this phone to sync up under OS X or even Entourage? I can't try it myself as I don't have my Mini yet.

Any advice greatly appreciated.
