Iphone 3G unlock and jailbreak issue 4.2.1

I just jailbreak my Iphone 3g for my mom with redsnow and ran ultrasn0w but it is not showing TMobile....All I can see is the bar "searching...."


I dont know what to do please help.

Even 3G is off too...

I also tried different SIM card from my dad's phone but no help

Did you click ipad's baseband while in redsn0w?

In order to unlock, you have to upgrade the baseband to 6.15.00 (iPad).

Go to settings/general/about and let us know your modem firmware.

I am having problems with the spring board crashing a lot. I have an iPhone 3G 4.2.1 OS baseband 06.15.00. Used redsnow to unlock as well.

Any ideas on how I can fix this please?

It must be something you installed from cydia thats prob not compatible with 4.2.1

Got it! I forgot to check the Ipad baseband update...THanks guys
