Mac Mini 2010 CD Drive very slow

I have noticed that the CD Drive is very very slow. I get like 2 MB/sec transfer rate.

My older Mac Mini(1.8 Ghz) was way faster. I installed Logic Studio in like 3 or 4 hours.

This thing took a whole DAY !

Has anyone else noticed this?
